How can I deactivate 2FA/MFA for a specific user?
As an admin, you can temporarily deactivate 2FA / MFA for a specific user if someone lost access to their 2FA device.
When a user has activated 2FA / MFA for their account but have lost access to their device or authentication app, admins can deactivate MFA to allow a user to log back into Whispli and reinitiate the MFA activation process.
In the user settings, admins can click on the lock at the corresponding user level to manually deactivate MFA just for that user:

When they click on the lock, they get a confirmation message to turn off 2FA:

The user can then log in with just their credentials and start the MFA activation process again.
