To add or remove users from user groups, go to 'Settings', then 'User Groups':
Select the user group (you may search for the right user group by user Ctrl+F (on PC) or Cmd+F (for Mac)) and click on its name to check the list of users included in each group.
How can I add a user in a user group?
To add a user, click on the user group name and open the menu that shows 'Add a member':
If you have a lot of users, you may wish to filter the list: just start typing either the user's first name or last name: the list will automatically display the corresponding users:
Select the appropriate user by just clicking on the relevant name. The user will immediately be granted access to all the reports shared with this user group.
How can I remove a user from a user group?
To remove a user from a user group, simply click on the cross opposite the name of the user you wish to remove from the group:
The user will be immediately removed from the group and will lose access to all the reports which were accessible to the user group (unless the user was also added as an individual owner or member).
If you removed the wrong user by mistake, you can add the user again in a few seconds (see previous section 'how can I add a user to a user group').
How can I see which user groups a specific user is assigned to?
If you wish to check what groups a particular user belongs to, you can check by going to 'Settings', then 'Users'.
Search for the user and/or click on their name in the list, it will display their detailed information, which includes all the groups they are a part of, separated by commas:
