# How can a Guest user communicate with the other members of the report? 

## Guest users can use the Notes section of a report to provide feedback, share messages and files. 

The owner or other members of the report can grant guest users the permission to write notes and send files directly in Whispli. 

The guest user can then type messages and attach files in the Notes section:

Notes posted by guest users are visible by the owner and all the members in the notes section. 

To grant guests permission to write notes and send files, go to the 'Members' tab, click on the three dots at the end of the guest user row, click on 'Edit permissions' and tick the option ' Contribute to notes':
