Can the informant access the files shared in the original report or the chat conversation once a report is closed or archived?

Learn more about the availability of the files shared with the informant.

Once whistleblowers upload files, they can still access them, whether the files were shared in the original report or in the chat conversation.

If a case manager shared a file with them, they can access it at any time, unless the case manager chooses to remove the file.

Once the report is closed or archived, they can still see, access and download the files. It's only when the retention policy expires that they lose access to the files, as the whole report is deleted and no longer accessible in their inbox.
