Can I have more than three Buttons on my Page?

Each Whispli Page can display up to three buttons to reporting forms. These buttons are typically used to redirect users to different reporting channels.

Limitation

You can only display a maximum of 3 buttons per page. Each button must be linked to a live channel.


How it works

  • Buttons are added under the "Channels" section of the Page editor.
  • Each button corresponds to one channel.
  • You can customize the label of each button (e.g. "Submit a report", "Contact HR", etc.) in each language. 
  • Channels must be in live status to appear as available options.

Best practices

  • Prioritize the most relevant channels based on the audience of the page.
  • Use clear and action-oriented labels.
  • Make the wording as short as possible, especially in languages that have long words. 

If you manage more than three channels, consider:

  • creating separate pages tailored to different audiences or use cases.
  • adapting your reporting form to include logics covering several use cases.
