How can I check my notifications in the Whispli Case Management? 

You can check your notifications and apply filters to quickly get to the reports you want. 

Notifications in the Whispli Case Management are available under the bell icon at the top right of the screen:

Whenever there is a new notification, a red dot will appear on the bell, with the number of unread notifications. When you click on the bell icon, the latest notifications (whether read or unread) are listed with a link to the corresponding report:

If you want to display them on the full screen, and filter the notifications, you can click on 'See all' at the bottom right of the drop down:

It will display the list of all notifications and provide filters to action based on the type of notification, the user whose action triggered the notification or apply a specific time frame. Unread notifications are displayed in blue while the read notifications are displayed in white:

For example, if you only want to see notifications related to new messages sent by informants, you can apply the filter and the list of corresponding notifications will appear:

If you wish to remove notifications, you can edit which actions trigger automatic notifications in your settings:

Notification settings can also be accessed through 'Settings', then 'Notifications'. Use the toggles to activate or deactivate the notifications:

You may also receive custom notifications set up by the admins or configurators. These notifications cannot be deactivated.
