What are Pages?

Pages are web pages you can generate, customize and publish to provide custom information and access to reporting forms.

Pages provide you with the ability to communicate your whistleblower program to your employees and stakeholders, and include links to one or several reporting forms (also called channel in Whispli) so employees and third parties can submit reports to your organization.

You can create an unlimited number of pages specific to your business needs. Some companies focus on just one page that communicates their whistleblower program, while others might create multiple pages depending on their needs. These needs could include needing pages for each brand, having pages for different business units, or creating pages for different audiences if they have expanded their anonymous reporting to third parties or even customers.

Pages provide you with a very easy, flexible way to communicate your whistleblower program and are the first stop when a reporter decides to report a misconduct.

What's great about the Whispli Pages is that you can edit them at any time, in full autonomy, with a simple editor. Updating a page to adapt the text, add a paragraph, change a logo, add a new language only takes a few minutes!

To access the page configuration, log into Whispli as a configurator, an admin or a restricted admin and click on Pages in the main menu on the left, as shown on the screenshot below:

All the pages previously created will be displayed as a list:

You can filter that list by selecting the status of the pages you wish to see on the screen:

Each page follows the same preconfigured template to make it easy for you to launch beautiful and simple pages.

This template contains six elements that you can customize. Here is a custom page with the six elements highlighted with each item number:
