Why can I not modify the role or groups of users despite being an admin or configurator?
Customers can choose to manage users via SSO, using their company’s active directory as the source of truth. In that case, all settings are blocked from being edited manually by admins, restricted admins or configurators.
When access rights and roles are managed by SSO, user permissions are automatically reset every time they connect to Whispli with information provided by the SSO:
- roles (member, admin, restricted admin, specific custom roles, etc.)
- user groups
- name
Depending on how the SSO is set up, access to edition of roles, user groups or names can be deactivated.
