Apply a different Workflow
During an investigation, you can apply different workflows at different stages of your internal process.
To change your Workflow:
- In your Report click on the Workflows tab
- Click on the 3 horizontal dots next to the title of your workflow.
- Click on Change Workflow
- Select another workflow from the drop down menu.

View Workflow History
You can always go back to re-check answers that were provided in previous Workflow submissions.
To view Workflow history:
- In your Report click on the Workflows tab
- Click on the clock icon next to the title of the steps. This will expand to show the previous versions of each submission.
- Click on each submission to view the responses submitted at that time.
Please note: You will not be able to edit the responses to the previously submitted workflow once another workflow has been assigned.
