Can I submit multiple Workflows on a Report?

For Admin, Restricted admin and Member Users. Learn more on how to apply different Workflows during the investigation of a Report and how you can always review the answers of any Workflow that was applied.

Apply a different Workflow 

During an investigation, you can apply different workflows at different stages of your internal process.

To change your Workflow: 

  • In your Report click on the Workflows tab
  • Click on the 3 horizontal dots next to the title of your workflow.
  • Click on Change Workflow
  • Select another workflow from the drop down menu.

View Workflow History 

You can always go back to re-check answers that were provided in previous Workflow submissions. 

To view Workflow history: 

  • In your Report click on the Workflows tab
  • Click on the clock icon next to the title of the steps. This will expand to show the previous versions of each submission.
  • Click on each submission to view the responses submitted at that time. 

Please note: You will not be able to edit the responses to the previously submitted workflow once another workflow has been assigned.
