Whispli Pulse Overview

Whispli Pulse is a new product that allows organisations to reach out to their audience and prompt for conversations around specific topics.

Typically an organisation creates a Whistleblowing program with the intention of making it a platform where the conversation happens AFTER a person has recognised an issue and decided to report it.

While this in itself is the standard solution that all organisations have employed, Whispli looks to enhance this solution by developing a platform that allows case managers to pull information rather than wait for informants to push the information through to them.

A Whispli pulse is a single-question anonymous survey that can be sent to your audience. A respondent can answer the question via the Whispli mobile app but also opt to start a conversation based on that question. Further to this through the Whispli Mobile App, they can choose to make a confidential report about a matter (If you have subscribed to the Whispli Core Offering). If you are a current Whispli customer that's subscribed to Pulse, you as a case manager can even send a link to the Whispli Core platform in the conversation that started from the Whispli Pulse survey question.

Here's an example use case:

Context - Compliance Pulse to reinforce training

SampleOrg Ltd has rolled out Whispli Pulse and is also an existing Whispli customer. They are implementing a 10-week microlearning program geared towards compliance training. They want to centre the program around -byte size- single question surveys to the whole business to gauge their understanding of different compliance practices and processes.

The first Pulse question in week 1 is the following:

"Is it okay to use the company network to read emails and browse social media?"

Sample Outcome: From this pulse the team has found that 95% of respondents answered correctly, this is expected and so no further action was required. Those who answered incorrectly/unsure were sent a notification with more information.

The second Pulse question delivered in week 5:

"You see your team member, they are ill and exhibit symptoms you are concerned about since they have travelled to the office. What should you do?"

Sample Outcome: The respondents for this survey have mostly identified the correct answer based on the current COVID19/Pandemic and WHS guidelines of the organisation, however, you also have several employees citing examples of this happening currently. You provide the link and QR code for these employees to log this information directly into Whispli core for further investigation.

The third and final Pulse question, delivered after the 10-week program:

"How do you rate our organisations efforts regarding diversity?

Sample Outcome: From this, you have received a majority listing promoter scores of between 9-10 however you notice some outlying scores of 1/10. You send a bulk response to all those submitting 1 and ask to schedule time or alternatively to raise a concern (providing a link to Whispli Core) so they can discuss further, and continue anonymously. All scores between 2-6 you send a slightly different message to the same effect and from 7-8 another message asking for more information and thanking them for their honesty. You provide thank you messages in bulk to everyone scoring 9-10.

The pulse questions act as a catalyst in uncovering gaps in your speak-up and compliance training programs. You can use great engagement to help close those gaps and better understand the level of compliance understanding at your organisation.
