Understand the notification you receive when your report is archived and how to download it before it is automatically deleted.
After you submit a report, you may see a message that the report will be deleted similar to the below.
This means that the case manager or administrator at the organization has closed the matter after reaching a conclusion on their side. Their commitment to your privacy and anonymity means that they will apply an appropriate retention period so that this information is only kept as long as it's needed and then will be deleted permanently from the platform after that.
To help assist in your own record keeping, as soon as this message appears for you, you also will have an option to download the report. The button will appear on the right side of the message, as shown above.
