What information does the informant see in the inbox?
In this article, we provide some details about what information informants have access to from their inbox or guest access.
Can the informant see the name of the case manager sending them messages in the chat?
No. Instead of the case manager avatar and name, they only see the organisation's logo and name.
Can the informant see the notes, tags, owner/members of a report?
No.
Can the informant see the internal title applied to a report?
No.
Can the informant see files?
The informant can only see the files provided by them in their original report, and all the files shared in the chat conversation. Other files are completely hidden from the informant.
Can the informant see the workflow(s)?
No.
Can the informant see the participants attached to the report?
No.
Can the informant see the status of the report?
The informant receives a notification when the report is closed (if there are different closure statuses, they don't see which closure status was applied, only that the report is closed).
If the status is changed to 'Archived', they also get a notification and communication with the case manager is deactivated.
