How can I download a report?
Whispli limits access to download options to protect the confidentiality and traceability of reports. The idea is to avoid the spread of confidential and sensitive information outside of the platform. However, there are still options to share report content safely.
Whispli provides several options to share the content of a report with third parties.
The most common one is the guest access. The guest access is a ready only access to a specific case, shared by email. The email contains a direct link to the report. This link is secured to only work on the device used the first time the link is activated.
This is the recommended way to share a report, as it provides full traceability and avoid sensitive data to be shared outside any control.

However, this solution is not always the right one and you still may need to download the report content in a single file that can be passed on, when a case goes to court, for example. Whispli provide a pdf export feature, by default limited to admin users.
