Learn how to set up Whispli specifically for your individual settings.
In Whispli's Settings tab, the options are split between the Settings specific to you as an individual (the Profile settings) and the Settings your organization has. Every user has access to the Profile settings, but only administrators have access to the Organisation Settings. In this knowledge article, we will discuss the Profile or individual settings.
From the Overview tab in your Settings, you can...
- Edit Name & Last Name: You will remain anonymous towards informants at all times and they won't see your name or last name.
- Edit Title / Position: provide more information regarding your Title within your Organisation and/or your role as a User on the Whispli Platform (i.e. HR, Compliance Officer, etc.)
- Edit your Timezone: when you initially register and finalize your Profile, your timezone might be incorrect or reflect the location of your Organisation's HQ.
- Add a Profile Picture: be more easily identified by your colleagues when collaborating during investigations by adding a Profile picture. You will remain anonymous towards informants at all times and they won't see your picture.
