Learn how you can create different steps for your Channel to provide a progression of the questionnaire for informants to follow.
Channel steps allow you to set up sections that each correspond to a step in the reporting process. The creation of these sections reflects a progression that the informant will go through until the submission of their report.
Creating a Step

To create a step, go to an individual Channel and click on the "Add Step" button at the bottom.

Choose a name for this step of your Channel.

You can now start creating the specific questions you want an informant to answer for this step of the Channel.
Re-Ordering Steps
The creation of steps does not have to follow the desired order. You always have the option of reordering your sections, once designed, to unify between the intended and perceived order.
To do so, click on the 3 dots at the top right of each step and choose "Reorder Step".
You will next see a screen where you can either drag and drop the steps on the left-hand side or use the arrows on the right-hand side to move steps up and down.
Deleting Steps
To delete a step, click on the 3 dots on the right and side and choose "Delete".
