Learn how you can submit a new report with or without creating a Safe Inbox.
Once you are on your organization's landing page and you select the report you would like to submit you will be directed to create your Whispli Safe Inbox or login as a guest (Login as a guest is an option that your organization can choose to activate or deactivate).
Depending on your organization's decision, you may have two options:
- to Create your Whispli Safe Inbox (or to log in if you already have one) using credentials that allow you to log back in at a later stage or from another device, or
- to Continue without Inbox
If you decide to Continue without Inbox, you will be able to directly access the Forms or Chat Channels of your Organization to start a trusted conversation.
If you want to be able to log back in, you will need to remember the code given to you after submitting your report. You will then be able to access your report on any browser by inputting that code to reopen your submitted report.
You can also create your Safe Inbox at a later stage and start the process as a Guest.
Creating a Whispli Safe Inbox is the preferred method to submit reports as you will not lose your reports, you will receive notifications on any updates or outcomes and you are easily able to communicate securely.
