Learn how and when you can use multiple pages as part of your whistleblower program.
Depending on the Whispli plan you are on, you can create a certain number of Pages. But why would you want to create more than one Page?
Different Business Units
Some companies have distinct business units that have their own compliance teams, investigators, human resources, etc. With Whispli's Pages, these companies can set up a Page for each business unit, and then their Channels and Workflows can be unique as well.
Different Types of Reporting
Misconduct can be handled by different teams within a company. Some organizations prefer to have separate Pages for more compliance-related issues like fraud, bribery, collusion, etc. compared to more people-related issues like discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, etc. Whispli's Pages will let each team have their own anonymous reporting channel, but all of the reports come into the same platform.
Different Countries
Some countries have unique regulatory requirements that necessitate an organization to ask specific questions or treat a report in a different way. Using a separate page for that country helps the organization capture the right information and stay in compliance with existing regulations.
The power of Whispli is that even though you might use more than one page, all of the reports come back to one platform. This helps you manage all of your anonymous reports, do analysis, and see the bigger picture.
