Our Audit Trail feature tracks every activity and action in Whispli so that you can see what happened, who took action, and on what date on the platform.
Access Your Audit Trail
Audit Trail is located in the Settings menu on Whispli. If you can't locate it, it means your current role does not allow you to have access to it.
Use Your Audit Trail
After accessing your Audit Trail, you will see a list of all the activities that have happened in your Whispli account in chronological order. At the top of the page are filters where you can drill down into your Audit Trail by the user, by the change type, by start date, and by the end date.
You can also click on the "Details" button to get more granular insight into each activity that has taken place.
