Can I submit multiple Workflows on a Report?

Apply a different Workflow 

During an investigation, you may apply different workflows at different stages of the process. Whether it is because you realize that the misconduct reported is different than initially understood, or because you involve different business units along the way, etc.

To change your Workflow: 

  • Go to your Report
  • At the top/right of your Workflow, click on the Settings icon 
  • Click on Change Workflow
  • Apply the most appropriate Workflow

View Workflow History 

You can always go back to re-check answers that were provided in previous Workflow submissions. 

To view a Workflow history: 

  • Go to your Report
  • At the top/right of your Workflow, click on the Settings icon 
  • Click on View Workflow History
  • Select a Workflow, a Step, and a Submission to view its answers
