What is a Workflow?

Learn about Workflows and how you can use them to manage your processes.

While Channels focus on the information that your organization receives, Workflows are the questions your case managers will answer as they assess, investigate, and close out a case.

Workflows allow you to set up the processes you want case managers to go through and help you ensure consistency as cases are investigated.

You can create multiple workflows that can be used in specific situations. Examples of where you would use different workflows:
  • You utilize a different workflow for different types of misconduct. For example, you might want to approach your investigation of sexual harassment in a different way to financial fraud.
  • You have workflows translated to different languages for local use.
  • You need different workflows to track and document information specific to local regulations.
  • You utilize different workflows for different business units.
Workflows are a powerful feature in Whispli that helps you map out how you want your cases managed and ensure this process is being adhered to.
